Website privacy notice

This notice explains how the stillkeep.app website handles your information. In short, analytics is off unless you turn it on.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Your analytics choice

You can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time. Changing your mind is as easy as making the first choice.

This notice covers this website only. The Stillkeep iPhone app has its own app privacy policy.

Who is responsible

The website is run by John-Henry Roche, Ireland, who is the data controller. Contact: stillkeepsupport@gmail.com.

Optional analytics (only if you accept)

If you choose Accept analytics, this website loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It helps show how many people visit and which pages are useful.

If you choose Reject analytics, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no analytics data is sent to Google. If you reject after previously accepting, existing analytics cookies are deleted.

How your choice is remembered

Your accept or reject choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key stillkeep_analytics_consent, so we don't ask on every page. This is not sent to anyone. Clearing your browser data removes it, and you will be asked again.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to data portability. Because analytics data is not linked to your name, we may not be able to find records about you in it. We will help where we can. To make a request, email stillkeepsupport@gmail.com.

You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or to the data protection authority where you live.
